in control. Expect areas of night and morning valley low clouds
and fog with strong inversions. Active weather returns Wednesday
into Wednesday night with strong, gusty south winds and periods of
moderate to heavy rainfall. Unsettled weather will persist through
at least late this week. Snow levels lower to around 4000 feet by
Friday morning.
