disturbance allowing cumulus to develop over elevated terrain.
Daytime highs rise to 5-15 degrees above normal on Thursday and
continue through the weekend. Periods of overnight easterly flow
may cause locally poor recoveries for area peaks and ridges.
Monsoonal moisture arriving on Saturday may bring slight afternoon
and evening thunderstorm chances into next week.
