weakening front brings light rain to the coast and Umpqua Basin
into early Thursday. Breezy winds will develop across the region,
strongest along the coast and east of the Cascades. Dry conditions
return Friday and likely persist into early next week. A weak
shortwave could bring some light precipitation to northern and
eastern areas on Saturday.
