coast, eastside and Shasta Valley this morning, with winds
gradually diminishing in the afternoon. Moderate to heavy
precipitation will also continue this morning, then shifting
south into northern California this afternoon. Colder and
active weather continues through the weekend with showers and
mountain snow showers.
