.DISCUSSION...Active weather will continue through tomorrow evening.
Moderate to heavy precipitation will be focused in northern
California today, then shift north into southern Oregon through
Friday morning, then shifting south again Friday afternoon. A
strong storm will develop resulting in strong winds along the
coast, eastside and Shasta Valley into Friday, with winds
strongest this evening into Friday afternoon. Meanwhile moderate
to strong winds are possible in the Rogue Valley this evening into
Friday morning. Relatively calmer conditions are expected this
weekend, but it will still be cool and unsettled.
