.DISCUSSION...An upper-level trough and associated dry cold front
will pass through the region today, producing breezy to gusty
winds across the area. These winds will combine with low humidity
to produce critical conditions east of the Cascades this afternoon.
Conditions improve Sunday, then warmer temperatures return Monday
and Tuesday. Seasonable conditions return midweek, with periods
of enhanced afternoon winds possible.
