.DISCUSSION...Quiet weather is expected today with generally light
winds and dry conditions. Precipitation returns to northern
California and south central Oregon this evening along with gusty
south winds in the Shasta Valley and East Side tonight into
Sunday. Another system from the west brings precipitation to the
coast and West Side Sunday afternoon into Monday. A break between
systems with below normal temperatures is expected Tuesday into
Wednesday.
