.DISCUSSION...After today, a significant change relative to what we
experienced the past couple of weeks will unfold tonight, with rain,
mountain snow, and gusty winds. Heaviest precipitation is is expected
to be in northern California. Snow levels will lower Sunday but into
early next week with low elevation snow Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
