Fire Weather Forecast for southern Oregon and northern California
National Weather Service Medford, OR
247 PM PDT Sat Jul 19 2025

...Near critical conditions this afternoon and evening due to gusty
west to northwest winds and low daytime humidities east of the
Cascades...

.DISCUSSION...Humidities have trended higher today and that
trend will continue into Sunday. Gusty west to northwest
afternoon and evening winds will persist in north east California
into Sunday. These winds combined with low daytime humidities will
result in near critical conditions. A general cooling trend is
expected into Monday. There is a low chance of thunderstorms
on Monday. The potential for more storms increases into the middle
