.DISCUSSION..Mild temperatures expected today. Then, a strong
warming and drying trend is expected Tuesday into Thursday,
with moderate to locally poor ridge top humidity recoveries
early Tuesday through early Thursday.  Breezy to gusty easterly
winds are expected over the coastal ridges Tuesday morning
and again over the ridges from the Cascades west Tuesday night
and Wednesday morning.  Conditions trend cooler Friday into
the weekend. There is a low chance (10-15%) for showers on
the weekend, mainly along the coast and into Douglas County.
