.DISCUSSION...Gusty south winds will ease as the day progresses
today with most locations remaining dry today. Quiet weather is
expected through early Sunday, though expect the nightly return of
fog/low clouds for West Side Valleys through then. Another
southerly flow system affects the region later Sunday into Monday.
Expect the return of breezy to gusty south and southeast winds,
with the highest precipitation chances/amounts expected along the
coast and south of the OR/CA border.
