.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A strong low
develops near 130W 40N this evening and moves north along 130W
tonight through Friday. This will produce strong south gales and
very steep and dangerous seas. Wind gusts could briefly reach
storm force. Winds ease Friday afternoon and night, but seas are
likely to remain very steep through the weekend.
