PZZ300-161100- 202 PM PST Mon Dec 15 2025 .SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Conditions will gradually improve some this afternoon as winds lower below gales and seas become less steep and transition to swell dominated. Conditions worsen again late Tuesday as southerly winds increase to gales north of Cape Blanco and quickly shift to northwest late Tuesday night into early Wednesday. Seas become very steep and hazardous for all areas.
