.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Gusty north
winds and steep seas south of Cape Blanco will ease this
afternoon. Showers and gusty southerly winds develop ahead of a
cold front Sunday afternoon, with steep to very steep seas
expected by Sunday evening. A stronger front is likely on Tuesday.
