...Updated AVIATION discussion for 18Z TAFs...

.DISCUSSION...Satellite image shows marine stratus confined to
Jackson, and Douglas, eastern Josephine and Coos County. This
should gradually burn off later this morning with partly cloudy
skies this afternoon. It will be dry with warmer afternoon
temperatures, but still near seasonal norms. Have not seen any
reports of fog, and has been removed from the forecast. Skies are
clear near and at the coast and will remain that way through this
afternoon. Other then some adjustments to the sky cover, and
removing fog, the forecast remains on track. -Petrucelli

.AVIATION...18/18Z TAFs...While some clouds remain over the Umpqua
Valley and cumulus is developing over elevated terrain east of the
Cascades, VFR conditions are present at area terminals and look to
continue through the day. Marine stratus is forecast to bring IFR to
LIFR levels along the coast later this afternoon or early this
evening, with clearing possible Tuesday morning. -TAD
