* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee FL out 20 NM...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 648 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm west of
  Highland Point, moving south at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
