.DISCUSSION...

Generally light southerly winds will prevail on Wednesday at the
site, with a potential shift from the southwest in the afternoon
if the Gulf breeze manages to make it far enough inland. Chances
for scattered showers and thunderstorms increase after 11AM, with
intermittent activity possible until 5-6PM. Erratic wind gusts and
frequent lightning would be likely with those storms. Winds shift
out of southeast on Thursday, with similar chances for storms in
the afternoon and evening. Dispersion values remain poor to fair
through the period.
