.DISCUSSION...Light westerly winds this morning become northwesterly
this afternoon into early evening. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms are possible this afternoon into early evening which
may result in erratic wind direction and speed. Dispersions will be
fair this afternoon. Winds increase overnight as a cold front crosses
the area becoming northeasterly with occasional gusts through Monday
around 25 mph. Very good to excellent dispersions expected on Monday.
