Dry and chilly conditions continue today. Some frost likely
early this morning. Lowest RH values are expected from late
morning through the afternoon hours, falling into the 35-40 percent
range. In addition, dispersions will be very good and could approach
excellent at times. Winds will remain northerly today.

Chances of fog for the next couple of nights remain very low with a
relativelty dry air mass remaining in place across the area.
