southeasterly early this afternoon, but could shift out of the
southwest in the late afternoon hours as the Gulf breeze works
inland. Medium to high chance of showers and thunderstorms
impacting the site after 2PM today, with erratic gusty winds and
frequent lightning possible. Poor to fair max dispersion values.
