.DISCUSSION...

Winds today will be mostly light and variable minus increases
caused by nearby thunderstorms or storms on site. Drier conditions
in the morning will eventually give way to increasing rain showers
and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening. Drier
conditions return overnight, mainly after midnight. After tonight,
rain is expected to become even more widespread and consistent on
Monday with pockets of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.

With abundant cloud cover and light winds, maximum dispersions
will be poor to fair today and again on Monday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (35-45 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms late in the morning.
