.Discussion...
Winds return to a southwesterly direction to start the weekend as a
cold front approaches the region, which will turn northwesterly on
Sunday as the front moves through the area. RH values are expected
to be slightly above critcal levels today as moderating temperatures
and dewpoints occur. Lowest RH values are expected around 40% for
interior South Florida. Dispersions will range from fair to good in
most areas though some portions west of Lake Okeechobee could peak
above 70.
Fog development is possible late tonight into Saturday morning
across Southwest Florida and inland portions of South Florida. Any
smoke trapped near the surface with the overnight inversion could
lead to lower visibilities in the morning.
