waters of Biscayne Bay and Lake Okeechobee.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis for Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef FL out to 60 nm and for
East Cape Sable to Bonita Beach FL out to 60 nm...

A moderate to fresh south to southeasterly wind flow will continue
across most of the local waters through mid-week. Winds could become
occasionally strong over the Gulf waters through late this morning
and create hazardous marine conditions during this time frame. These
winds will begin to diminish heading into Wednesday and late in the
week while also becoming more easterly. Isolated to scattered
showers and thunderstorms will remain possible across the local
waters through the middle of the week.
