Light to moderate south-southeasterly winds continue today, shifting
more easterly on Tuesday. An exception will be over the Gulf waters
each afternoon where sea breezes will shift winds to the west.
Scattered to numerous thunderstorms this afternoon may result in
locally hazardous winds and seas.
