FOR CHICKASAW AND CALHOUN COUNTIES...
At 301 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Calhoun City,
or 17 miles west of Houston, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Pittsboro, Slate Springs, Thorn, Egypt, Reid, Sabougla, Loyd, Pyland,
Vardaman, Woodland, Thelma, McCondy, Atlanta, Retreat, Dentontown,
Buena Vista, Sparta, Bounds, Van Vleet, and Parkersburg.
