...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 PM CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of East Arkansas, including the following
  county, Poinsett.

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several
  structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are
  continuing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1159 AM CST, emergency management reported flooding in the
    warned area. Flooding is already occurring.

    Pitts.
