...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following
  county, Lauderdale.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 239 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ripley, Ft Pillow, Henning, Luckett, Glimp, Lightfoot, Three
    Point, Arp, Opossum and Golddust.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
