Several structures are flooded and several levees have failed. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 213 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
