...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas...Missouri...

  Saint Francis River near Saint Francis

For the Saint Francis River...including Saint Francis...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Francis River near Saint Francis.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flood water begins flowing over the lower
  places in the levee near County Road 338 north of
  Saint Francis.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.9 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then rise to 25.0 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
