The Flood Advisory has expired for portions of East Arkansas,
including the following areas, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross,
Mississippi, Poinsett and St. Francis, North Mississippi, including
the following areas, DeSoto and Marshall, and West Tennessee,
including the following areas, Fayette, Shelby and Tipton.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
