* At 344 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Balmorhea, or
  20 miles south of Toyah, moving west at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Balmorhea, Balmorhea Lake, Balmorhea State Park, and Toyahvale.

This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 195 and 210.
