At 933 PM CDT, strong winds from thunderstorm outflow was bringing
strong winds near Andrews.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Visibility may be briefly reduced in
         blowing dust.

Andrews, Tarzan, and Andrews County Airport.
