...Above bankfull but below flood stage levels were observed along
the Rio Grande and Terlingua Creek...

For the Rio Grande at Rio Grande near Castolon, Texas
* The current stage was 10.9 feet (3.3 meters).
* Impacts at 13.0 feet (4.0 meters) the river reaches bankfull, and
  no significant damage is expected.

For the Terlingua Creek at Terlingua Creek near Terlingua, Texas
* The current stage was 8.21 feet.
* Impacts at 10.0 feet the creek reaches bankfull.  Minor overbank
  flooding begins, but no damage is known to occur.  Hikers in Big
  Bend National Park should be alert to rapidly changing conditions
  along the creek.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
