...Notice of Planned NOAA Weather Radio Transmitter Outage...

Beginning at 8AM CDT/7AM MDT Tuesday, April 22nd 2025, the
following NOAA Weather Radio transmitters will be down due to a
planned system update. This outage is expected to last until
approximately 1PM CDT/12PM MDT Thursday, April 24th 2025.

Trasmitters Impacted:

WXK-32 Odessa
WXK-37 Big Spring
WXJ-36 Maljamar/Hobbs
WNG-562 Seminole
KJY-69 Alpine
WNG-695 Pecos
WZ-2503 Guadalupe

If weather warnings are issued, please have multiple ways to
receive warnings, including by cell phone, local television, or
online at www.weather.gov/maf. If there are any questions
