...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/
THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 0-10 above expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western
  Texas.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
  temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Bring pets indoors, or ensure that they have warm, dry shelter.

Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
unfrozen water.
