outflow possible in any storms prior to sunset. Drier weather Friday
with min RH remaining above critical and light south/southwest winds
and transport winds. Increased chance of showers/storms and warmer
temperatures on Saturday, with light southeast winds. Fire starts
again possible in any storms from lightning and gusty winds.
