.DISCUSSION...Southwest winds will begin to increase within the
next hour or two, aided in part by a temporary clearing in cloud
coverage. Meanwhile, the dryline will continue to push eastward,
allowing minimum RHs to bottom out around 9% this afternoon. Winds
will decrease tonight (especially after 7pm), though RH recoveries
will be poor.
