.DISCUSSION...

Cooler temperatures are expected behind a cold front Wednesday, as
highs reach near 80 degrees. Northwest winds will be breezy (10-20
mph) Wednesday morning, tapering down to 5-10 mph out of the northeast
during the afternoon, then remain light through Thursday morning. RH
values will bottom out near 20% Wednesday afternoon, recovering to near
60% by sunrise Thursday morning. Drier conditions are expected Thursday,
with RH values dropping to near 10% during the afternoon. Winds will
increase to 15-25 mph out of the southwest Thursday afternoon.
