Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
235 AM CDT Sun Aug 3 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Rain chances diminish after today as hotter and drier conditions
take hold from Monday onward. Min RHs will stay just above
critical levels for the next several days and recoveries will be
fair to good. Well above normal temperatures will aid in finer
fuels curing. 20ft winds remain light(~10kts or less). Overall,
low fire weather concerns for the next several days.

Matrix product issued by the Midland/Odessa National Weather
