.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather conditions will persist across the region over the
next seven days. Temperatures are expected to remain above normal
through the week. Min RHs fall below critical thresholds across
most locations west of the Permian Basin and Lower Trans Pecos
today and Tuesday. 20 ft winds will remain relatively light. ERCs
stay at or slightly above the 50th percentile for most, with some
areas in the Big Bend region and Lower Trans Pecos reaching above
the 75th percentile. Overall low to locally elevated fire weather
conditions persist.
