Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
145 PM CDT Mon Jul 27 2026

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain minimal, mainly due to low ERCs and
low to moderate Fire Danger. Fuels begin drying, however,
especially north of I-10 due to above normal temperatures this
week. Relative humidity will bottom out in the upper teens to 20s.
Recovery overnight will be moderate to excellent.
