...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR NORTHEASTERN LEA COUNTY...

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat.

At 829 PM MDT, Lea County Emergency Management officials reported
minor flooding with less than 6 inches of water covering the roadway
in spots on State Highway 125 at mile markers 13 and 18 and along
County Road 508 at mile markers 1, 2, 10, and 12.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MDT for portions of
southeast New Mexico and Texas.
