...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southeast New Mexico,
including the following areas, Eddy County Plains and Guadalupe
Mountains of Eddy County and Texas, including the following areas,
Chinati Mountains, Davis Mountains, Davis Mountains Foothills,
Eastern Culberson, Guadalupe Mountains Above 7000 Feet, Guadalupe
and Delaware Mountains, Marfa Plateau, Presidio Valley, Reeves
County Plains and Van Horn and Highway 54 Corridor.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
