The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Monroe County in eastern Arkansas...
  East central Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 1215 AM CDT.

* At 1138 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over De Witt, or 16 miles west of White River
  National Wildlife Refuge, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.
