south central Hot Spring Counties through 100 AM CDT
...

At 1236 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Caddo Valley, or 7 miles northeast of Arkadelphia, moving southwest
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
