* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the upper teens to upper 20s
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
  southwest, and western Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
