* WHERE...Portions of eastern and north central Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
