This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Areas of dense fog will be noted from west central into central
Arkansas this morning. Otherwise, a breezy west to southwest wind
is expected across much of the state this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Recent heavy rain is responsible for elevated water levels along
area tributaries. Minor flooding will continue along portions of
the Black, Cache, Fourche LaFave, Ouachita, Petit Jean, and White
Rivers.
