.DISCUSSION...

A breezy southwest wind will be noted today as moisture increases
ahead of an approaching storm system in the southern Plains. Even
so, afternoon humidity levels will drop below 40 percent in parts
of the Ozark Mountains. The system will bring increasing clouds
and scattered showers and thunderstorms tonight. After a brief
lull on Thursday, windy conditions will develop Friday with
thunderstorms returning during the afternoon and evening.
