SURFACE WINDS: At ignition time through 8 PM, surface winds will
be out of the northeast from 5 to 10 mph with an occasional few
gusts possible on Tuesday afternoon around 15 to 18 mph. After 8
PM, surface winds will lower to out of the northeast around 5 mph.

SURFACE TEMPERATURES: Mid 70s at ignition time which will warm
into the low 80s on Tuesday afternoon, temperatures at the surface
will lower to the mid 60s later Tuesday evening prior to
midnight.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY (RH): At ignition time, RH values will be around
50% and lower to 35% to 40% into Tuesday afternoon. RH will
gradually increase after sunset to near 80% just prior to
midnight.
