.Discussion...

Rain and thunderstorms will come back into the picture beginning
late this afternoon into this evening for most locations across
Arkansas. Friday will have a better chance of severe weather,
especially across north-central and northeastern Arkansas. Expect
surface winds to gust in excess of 20 to 25 mph at times across
the state with another day of oppressive temperatures in the mid
80s to low 90s with dewpoint temperatures in the upper 60s to low
70s.
