National Weather Service Little Rock AR
224 AM CDT Tue Mar 11 2025

.Discussion...

The wildfire danger will be elevated today, especially in portions
of northern and western Arkansas including the Ozark and Ouachita
Mountains. In this part of the state, afternoon humidity levels
will drop below 25 percent at many locations, and a breezy
southwest wind will be noted. Moisture will increase on Wednesday,
with showers and thunderstorms in the forecast Wednesday night.
After a brief lull on Thursday, another round of thunderstorms
will follow Friday afternoon and night. Chances of showers will
linger on Saturday, especially across the southern and eastern
counties. The latter half of the weekend into early next week will
be dry.
